- we will first set up a client on the AWS VGW side of VPC with address 10.0.0.101/24
- we will configure routing and see if VPN-Server can reach EC2 on VGW
- we will then modify routing on VPN-Server VPC to re-direct traffic from the vpn-client-vpn-server-EC2 client through the VPN
